កិច្ចប្រជុំ CACD ផ្តោតលើសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ចំពោះអ្នកក្រីក្រ និងការរក្សាសន្តិភាពសង្គម

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី ២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ កិច្ចប្រជុំសម្ព័ន្ធកាតូលិកដើម្បីមនុស្សធម៌ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (CACD) បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្នាក់ការកណ្ដាលរបស់អង្គការការីតាសកម្ពុជា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោកអភិបាល អូលីវីយ៉េ ជ្មីតហស្លេ អភិបាលព្រះសហគមន៍កាតូលិកភូមិភាគភ្នំពេញ។

ការបម្រើអ្នកក្រីក្រ និងការកសាងសុខសាន្ត

ក្នុងពេលបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំ លោកអភិបាលបានរំលឹកដល់អង្គប្រជុំទាំងអស់ ឲ្យរិះគិតពិចារណាអំពីរបៀបរស់នៅ ដោយយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ធ្វើជាស្ពាន កសាងសេចក្តីសុខសាន្ត ដូចសេចក្តីណែនាំក្នុងសារលិខិតនៃទិវាប្រកាសដំណឹងល្អពិភពលោក។ លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ជាសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ ដែលជំរុញយើងឲ្យស្រឡាញ់បងប្អូន។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកអភិបាលក៏បានណែនាំឲ្យពិចារណាលើសារលិខិតដាស់តឿនព្រះសហគមន៍របស់  សម្តេចប៉ាប ឡេអូ ១៤ អំពីសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ចំពោះអ្នកក្រីក្រ។ សម្តេចប៉ាបបានបញ្ជាក់ថា មូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះរបស់គ្រីស្តបរិស័ទ ត្រូវយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះបងប្អូនក្រីក្រ ព្រោះយើងជឿថា ពេលជួបអ្នកក្រីក្រណាម្នាក់ ក៏ដូចបានជួបព្រះយេស៊ូដែរ ហើយព្រះយេស៊ូផ្ទាល់ព្រះអង្គបានយកសភាពជាអ្នកក្រីក្រ។ លោកអភិបាល អូលីវីយ៉េ បានពន្យល់ថា អ្នកក្រីក្រ មិនត្រឹមតែសំដៅលើអ្នកក្រទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិនោះទេ គឺចំពោះបងប្អូនដែលខ្វះខាតក្នុងជីវិតផ្លូវវិញ្ញាណ ខ្វះទំនាក់ទំនង រស់នៅឯកោ ទទួលរងឥទ្ធិពលសម្ភារនិយម ខ្វះសីលធម៌ គុណធម៌ និងខ្វះការគោរពសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូររបស់មនុស្សជាដើម។ លោកអភិបាល អូលីវីយ៉េ បានរំលឹកថា ការបម្រើរបស់យើងបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះសំខាន់ណាស់ចំពោះអ្នកក្រីក្រ និងជួយឲ្យគេចាកចេញពីភាពក្រីក្រ ដើម្បីរស់នៅប្រកបដោយសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងជួយបងប្អូនដែលអស់សង្ឃឹមឲ្យមានសង្ឃឹមឡើងវិញ។

សីលធម៌សង្គម និងការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន

លោកអភិបាល អូលីវីយ៉េ បានកោតសរសើរសមាជិក CACD ទាំងអស់ ដែលបានបំពេញកិច្ចបម្រើសង្គមកម្ពុជាគ្រប់ទីកន្លែងជាមួយប្រជាជន។ លោកបានរំលឹកឲ្យជួយប្រជាជនដែលយើងបានជួប ឲ្យយល់ថាជីវិតមានតម្លៃ មនុស្សទាំងអស់ជាបងប្អូនគ្នា និងជួយបងប្អូនបញ្ចៀសការស្អប់គ្នា ជាពិសេសក្នុងកាលៈទេសៈដែលកម្ពុជា និងថៃ មានបញ្ហាទំនាក់ទំនង។ លោកបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើការបង្កើតកម្មវិធីអប់រំ និងការប្រើប្រាស់បណ្តាញសង្គមប្រកបដោយក្រមសីលធម៌ មិនផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានក្លែងក្លាយ មិនញុះញង់ឲ្យមានអំពើហិង្សាតាមប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ។ ត្រូវបង្កើតឲ្យមានវប្បធម៌ការគោរពគ្នា លើកលែងទោសឲ្យគ្នា ដើម្បីបម្រើបងប្អូនឲ្យរស់នៅក្នុងសុខដុមរមនា។

ចំពោះបរិបទនៃការផ្ទុះឡើងខ្លាំងអំពីការឆបោកតាមអនឡាញ និងការជួញដូរមនុស្សក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាក្នុងតំបន់ លោកអភិបាល អូលីវីយ៉េ បានជំរុញឲ្យអង្គការទាំងអស់ត្រូវអប់រំប្រជាជន ជាពិសេសមាតាបិតា អ្នកអាណាព្យាបាល និងយុវជនយុវនារី ឲ្យមានការយល់ដឹង និងប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់ កុំឲ្យធ្លាក់ក្នុងអំពើឆបោក។

របាយការណ៍ពលករ និងជនភៀសសឹក

បន្ទាប់ពីការណែនាំរបស់លោកអភិបាល អូលីវីយ៉េ អង្គប្រជុំក៏បានស្តាប់របាយការណ៍សង្ខេបអំពីស្ថានភាពជនភៀសសឹក និងពលករចំណាកស្រុក ដែលបានត្រឡប់មកពីប្រទេសថៃចូលមកកម្ពុជាវិញ និងផលប៉ះពាល់នានាចេញពីការបិទព្រំដែន នៃជម្លោះរវាងថៃ និងកម្ពុជា។ ព្រមទាំងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងជួយជនភៀសសឹកដែលបន្តរស់នៅក្នុងជំរុំ និងពលករដែលមកពីថៃវិញ របស់អង្គការកាតូលិក និងស្ថាប័នរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលផងដែរ។

CACD Meeting, Focuses on Love for the Poor and Maintaining Social Peace

(Phnom Penh): In the afternoon of October 20, 2025, the meeting of the Catholic Alliance for Charity and Development (CACD) was held at the headquarters of Caritas Cambodia, presided over by Bishop Olivier Schmitthaeusler, the Apostolic Vicar of Phnom Penh.

Serving the Poor and Building Harmony

In his opening address, the Bishop reminded all attendees to reflect on their way of life, to be attentive, and to act as a bridge for building peace and harmony, in line with the guidance found in  for World Mission Sunday. He stated that God is love, which motivates us to love our brothers and sisters.

In addition, Bishop Olivier encouraged reflection on the Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Leo XIV on love for the poor. The Pope emphasized that a fundamental tenet for Christians is to care for the poor, as we believe that encountering any poor person is like encountering Jesus himself, and Jesus himself took on the state of the poor. Bishop Olivier explained that the term "poor" does not only refer to those lacking material wealth, but also to those lacking in spiritual life, those who are isolated, affected by materialism, lacking morality, virtue, and respect for human dignity. Bishop Olivier reiterated that their current service is crucial for the poor, helping them escape poverty to live with dignity, and helping those who have lost hope to regain it.

Social Morality and Vigilance

Bishop Olivier praised all CACD members for their service to Cambodian society across the country. He reminded everyone to help the people they meet understand that life is valuable, that all people are brothers and sisters, and to help prevent hatred, especially during the current period of strained relations between Cambodia and Thailand. He stressed the importance of creating educational programs and using social media with ethical principles, avoiding the spread of fake news, and refraining from inciting violence through the media. He emphasized the need to foster a culture of mutual respect and forgiveness, so as to serve their brothers and sisters in a harmonious existence.

Regarding the sharp increase in online scams and human trafficking in Cambodia and the region, Bishop Olivier urged all organizations to educate the public, especially parents, guardians, and youth, to be highly aware and vigilant so as not to fall victim to fraud.

Report on Workers and Refugees

Following Bishop Olivier's reflection, the assembly heard a brief report on the situation of refugees and migrant workers who had returned from Thailand to Cambodia, as well as the various impacts resulting from the border closure related to the conflict between Thailand and Cambodia. The report also covered the ongoing efforts by Catholic organizations and government institutions to assist refugees who remain in camps and migrant workers returning from Thailand.
